Hey Everyone, I have a question about cardio. I have seen on here that cardio is very important for losing body fat. I really want my abs to be visible. I do cardio 2 days a week. This usually consists of a fast run for 10 min after lifting weights. This can't be near enough, although it does make me tired. Could anyone give me a good cardio workout??? Thanks, Brent
Increase your cardio to 3 days 20 min. when that gets easier ( a few weeks) increase to 3 -30 min sessions then bump it again in a few weeks to 4 sessions - 30 min.. That should kick up your fat burning. You can do this after your training or at a different time.
