I workout at home, I don't have access to a gym. What can I do at home that will get my heartrate up? I know go walking, but the only time I can workout is after my baby goes to bed. Can anyone help me? I'm trying to save money and not buy any equipment.

I like to get fit w/Tae-Bo... gets your heart rate up, helps you find your abs, and helps you burn those calories FAST. You will see results in a week or two, if it is done 3-4 times a week.

There are tons of things you can do. A simple thing and I think quite inexpensive is the Wii fit. Believe me, playing tennis and baseball will get your heart rate up and have you sweating. Also there is running...it keeps track of your progress also...i.e...weight, fit level, etc.
