Can I mix up my cardio with abs, like the way we do in SuperSets. Say for instance, I do 1 set of a ab exercise immediately I switch to treadmill and run for about 2-3 minutes. After that I again comeback to ab and then cardio. Repeat this a cycle . Is this a good idea to do it
this is NOT a good idea. The main reason is that 2-3 minutes on the treadmill is not enough time to get to your target heart rate at which you actuall burn fat. You need atleast 20-30 minutes.
I suggest that you train your abs, then following that you do your cardio.
Yeah...i definately agree with Arnold on this one. It would be best just to do your cardio on the treadmill and then after your finished work on your abs...or the other way around.
