how or what should i do to increase my cardio? the equipment avaiable to me is a treadmill, staionary bike stepper, and two verisions of ellpitcial machines(no arms attached) and an old verision rowing machine. I usually do between 30 and 45 min carido on the ellpitcial machine. ava 3-5 miles. what can I do to improve to burn more cal & work on endurance. When I run my speed is btween 5-7 at a 0-2 gradeI usally don't change the speed that much. on the cross trainer i work out at alevel between 5 and 9 5 being easier and 9 harder I sometime change levels when I get tired. Do you have any suggestions on how to improve?

all of those are pretty good to do, but don't put that old rowing machine to waste. Not only is that a great overall body workout, especially upper body, it is an awesome cardio. How many times a week do you do what you say? Walking also can sometimes be really good and gives your body rest along with a good exercise. Hope this helps.
