As I approach my weight gain goals I am starting to think about cardio to reduce the extra belly fat that I picked up while gaining. I am looking for suggestions on the types, frequency and duration of cardio. I am also looking for the carb/protein ratio in my diet to keep the muscle and not store any additional fat.

Thanks

You can go isocaloric and do just fine if maintenance or even fat loss is your goal. It is simply a matter of keeping energy intake below energy output. In other words, a caloric defict to. Cardio will assist you in this, it is not the do all end all of fat burn, in fact really doesn't burn a whole lot. You are simply adding to your caloric deficit. Diet is the answer.
