Hi everyone. My current weight is 235 lbs. I am evaluating different programs and I think I have no finally settled on a diet. I plan to get HCG shots . I'm aware when you're on the HCG diet, you're limited to consume only a certain amount of calories per day. I am already prepared for this, but what I'm wondering about is if it's okay that I also walk/run while on the diet, given me weight? I plan to use the treadmill everyday. Will I not lose too much energy, especially considering the very limited amount of calories I'm allowed each day?
What do you guys think? Safe to do some cardio while on the HCG diet, or do you guys think I should just wait until after I'm off the HCG diet?
