If I am sore two days after my leg workout, is it wise to do cardio? I usually try not to cardio the day before legs, and I'm usually sore a day or two after legs.
I usually do 4 sets each of squat, legs extensions, calves, leg press. I'm always sore a day or two after. not sure if it will inhibit my leg strength if i do cardio even if i'm sore.

When did you start weight training?
Doing some slow cardio like static biking the day after leg training can actually make you recover faster.

Goals are to gain lean mass. I don't want to get overly huge. I'm 5'10 175, looking to get to 190.

do cardio just not as much of it, al lil after legs well actually get the lactic acid out of ur system which is what makes u sore, or what a few hours or so instead of right after your work outs,i tried doing that and i found my self over training to much lol so i don't do cardio lol of coarse it shows too lol

Doing cardio 2-3 weekly for around 35 mins is good enough to keep the heart healthy.
Try the stationary bike if your legs are too sore.
