I do intense cardio 3 times a week and workout 3 times a week as well. My cardio sessions last for atleast 45 minutes and sometimes are quite intense. I enjoy this a lot but I am wondering would this eat away at my muscle building chances. The reason why I have to do these sessions is that I need to loose %26 BF that I have. I am 5:10 and weigh 169lbs....!
Please help!!!

26%bf? at 5'10 and 169 lb? something doesn't sound quite right here....

Intense cardio may create a caloric deficit in your body and most likely will cause you to lose some muscle along with fat...

focus more on weight lifting...in time everything should come together....your weight is not that high ...so that you don't need to do a lot of cardio training per se....from what you're describing ....you seem to have fairly low amount of lean muscle...so that should be your first priority...as the muscle increases...yuor metabolism will become higher and you'll burn more calories with no extra work...just focus on intense weight lifting program 3-5 days a week....look for some on freetrainers .....

I would suggest you investigate the "weight loss and definition" program on this site. Click on fitness resources button at top of page, and find it on the left hand side. Take a look, this might well fit your needs.

You need to build some lean tissue, this is your fat burning furnace. Without some muscle, with all the cardio you are simply making your fat to muscle ratio even worse. You cannot change your "body shape" either with cardio, you will simply become a smaller version of what you are now.

This is to thank both you guys (menace and bb1fit) for turning around my program into somthing really productive. I can now tell you that after these small exchanges between us I put more emphasis into weight training and boy did I get results. After that change I now:
Weigh: 174lbs
BF: below 18%
Took me just around 40 days to do this!!!!
Thank you guys I owe you one..!!!!
