from your profile looks like you want to build muscle.. so always do your cardio after your weight training. even better, do it on days that you dont weight train. for your situation try not to do too much.. as cardio will impede your size and strength building.

Lol ive changed it, i do want to build muscle, but i want to get fit aswell, cus i dont really do any sports and it kinda kills me. anyway ehre it is:
Monday- Upper Body Training and Abs Training Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Back/Biceps/ Abdominals
Tuesday- Cardiovascular Workout
Skipping etc.
Wednesday- Lower Body and Abs Training Quads/Hamstrings/Calves/Abdominals
Thursday- Cardiovascular Workout
Skipping etc.
Friday- Upper Body Training and Abs Training Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Back/Biceps/Abdominals
Saturday- Cardiovascular Workout
Skipping etc.
Sunday - Rest
What do you think?? ok?? or should i change it?? it isnt actually a Freetrainers program, well i modified it so that i could do cardio 3 times per week. So please tell me is i can improve this? and how, thanx:)

Be careful - with a routine like that it could be very easy to over-exercise. It looks like you are dividing your cardio properly, doing it on you days off. Just be aware of the sets/reps you are doing for each muscle group - too much lifting can severly impede your results. As far as "getting fit" goes, stick to your workout. As your metabolism changes and your body finds its groove, muscle will begin to replace the fat that you have. However, I am a firm believer that 80% of being healthy happens in the kitchen and not the gym. Eat clean and eat big and you will see great results.
