Hello all, I am working out 1 hour 5 days a week . I've been working out regularly for the past 3 years. I always do cardio high intensity like kick boxing, jumping ropes, Tae bo, circuit training. I don't see any improvement in my endurance. I have to stop in between my workout about 3 mins for a 60 min session. I feel tired and dizzy. I drink 4 litres water a day and i believe i eat healthy. When i used caffeine supplement i was able to workout without a break. now i stopped taking it and i feel tired soon. Is there something that can help me to improve my endurance? may be some supplements or diet change. Thanks for your help
