my house has alot of furniture and such so it doesn't have much running room maybe 10 yards at most. I don't like excercising outside really lots of allergies for me. I'm not willing to pay for a fitness membership. I'm just looking for a not space efficient excercise at home. So is there any excercise that i can do in limited space.

thanks

i don't think there is any house where u can have a 100m sprint inside the house :).. for running u HAVE to go outside or to they GYM.. i dont' know what are you trying to ask.. if u want to run.. u can run 10 yards one way and 10 the other way and so on...

okay.. exercise... please fill ur profile or tell us what is ur goal.. what do u want to do.. and everybody here will be happy to help :)

maybe investing in a treadmill, or stationary bike would help you.. but again, like thedominator said, once you fill out your profile, it'll b easier to assess what you need

I used to do Tae-Bo in my living room, it kicked my butt in the beginning. Something to think about.

I have a similar dilemma coming this summer. We spend summers on our boat and don't get much time in port. I'm thinking of taking a jump rope and perhaps my daughter's mini trampoline. I'm also going to try fitness bands/ropes for resistance training. If I was home I would probably look into cardio exercise videos. A friend of mine had great results with Tae-Bo also.

if you're gonna be out on your boat, swimming would be a great cardio alternative too

I highly recommend Tae Bo, I have a very small apartment and not much room but I can manage this. I love Tae Bo!

This is Alaska and you don't want to spend too much time in the ocean here even in summer. Might burn alot of calories trying to keep from getting hypothermic though! Might try it!:laugh:
