Hi :) I'm relatively new to fitness/working out and completely new here. I was just wondering if you guys know good cardio and aerobic websites that I can browse through and follow? I need cardio, badly, since I need to shave off pounds that I gained during four months of complete inactivity  Please help. Thanks and I'd really appreciate your thoughts!

cupcake - pick a beginner program from fitnes resources here at ft.
Start walking or biking, 3 times a week, gradually working up to 20 minutes a session.
You will see more results with weightlifting and cardiovascualr activity.
There are tons of posts on this site about both.
Educate yourself!
Good luck!

thanks! I really appreciate it. I'm still floundering around in this vast website. I love it though and it holds so much information, and the workout is great. you guys have built a great site here. I've recommended it to the gym I go in and my trainer said that even he learns from a lot of what's inside! Rock on FT!
cheers!
