Hello all,
I'm new to this site but I want to know if on three of the four rest days I have, can I do Cardio?
I NEED YOUR HELP!

A good workout regime is to do 3 days wt training, 3 days of cardio and 1 day of rest. So to answer your question, yes, you can do cardio on 3 of the 4 rest days.

new to this game in a way, can i do cardio eveyday? i love to run and want to work my way up to like 30-45 mins a day of running which will take a WHILE but can i do the excersices the site tells me to do and still run everyday?
