I have recently started weight training again (I'm going to the gym three times a week for it). I'm just wondering if I need to be doing any cardio either before and after, besides a 5-10 minute warm up? I run about 25 miles a week on my off days, and am hoping that I don't have to do anymore. Any advice would be great.
