I DON'T WANT TO LOSE TO MUCH WEIGHT I WANT TO STAY NO LESS THAN 200LBS. I USE TO WEIGHT AROUND 225 LBS. 5 MONTHS AGO, IM 198LBS RIGHT NOW. I WAS WRESTLING MY LITTLE BROTHER YESTERDAY FOR LESS THAN A MINUTE AND I WAS BREATHING HARD. IM THINKING IF INCLUDING CARDIO IN MY WORK OUT ,'BUT AFRAID OF LOSING TOO MUCH WEIGHT. RIGHT NOW 10 MINUTES ON THE STEPPER FOR A WARM UP THAN JUMP TO WEIGHT TRAINING FOR 1 AND 1/2 HOUR 5 DAYS A WEEK. ANY SITUATION ...
IF THIS HELP IN ANYWAY ,, WHEN IM ON THE STEP MACHINE I DO 10 MINUTES BEFORE WORK OUT FOR ME IS JUST TO BREAK A LITTLE SWEAT.TO ADD TO THIS THE TEN MINUTES DON'T GET ME TIRED,OR MAKES ME BREATH VERY HARD OR ANYTHING. THANKS
