I am new and fat (6'4" 270#). need to loose weight and build muscle. I do a 45 min weight training followed by 30 min of cardio 3-5 times per week. someone said to do cardio first but i let it all hang out on eliptical and would be too whooped. is this okay?!?
you should do the cardio first to warm up your body and get your blood circulating. instead of wearing yourself out first you should start with about ten minutes of cardio at a medium intensity, do weights and strength, then do your real hard cardio session in the end. dont forget to pace yourself, stretch, and cool down!
