I have a quick question about the best way to go about doing a workout. If i am looking to maxamise loss of body fat does it mae sense to to do sessions of just weights and then seperate sessions of just cardio. Or is it more effective to say, do short bursts of cardio inbetween setsa sI have noticed people doing at the gym with their personal trainers. For example doing a set of weights and then doign some step exercises between sets?

You should be pretty tired after lifting. It think it's more efficient to split your cardiac and lifting either into separate days or do one in the AM and one in the PM. Welcome to FT.
