I was thinking about concentrating four days a week on weight training, and the other three on cardio. I'm just not sure if 3 is enough. I'm trying to get into better condition, but hate doing weights and cardio on the same day because I wind up in the gym for two hours or more, and that takes too much time. Also, keeping in mind that I'm trying to get into shape, how should I do the cardio- HIIT, steady pace, sprints? Any suggestions?
