Hi, I'm new to the program and on the cardio days, it says I should do a cardio-vascular warm-up. What is a good suggestion of a cardio-vascular warm-up to start my workout?

Warm up for all forms of exercise is a good idea as is cool down. If you're running, walk first or run slowly first. Do the reverse as you finish. If you are lifting, do a lighter set or two before you go heavy. The warm up will depend on what you are doing but generally, a slower motion version of the activity is just right.
