hey guys! I have always done cardio within my workout routines and just recently introduced weights. I am unsure which one comes first in the workout? or should I do cardio one day and then weights another? what do you guys think?
Do cardio on one day, and weights on another if you can. If not, do your cardio in the morning and weights in the evening, or vice versa, just make sure that they are spaced out by a couple of hours. Hope this helps
