Hi, I logged on to freetrainer.com web site & became a memeber. I choised a program to loose weight & get fit & lean. However I am a little confused. Would one of experts in this area pls explain to me more about the most effective exersize programme in order that I should follow to loose weight (25kg to loose) & get lean. When you say work out first then cardio, do you mean the weight tranining first then cardio, immediatley after weight training AND is it correct to say that above is more effective if done in the morrnigs?
