Was wondering if u could help!?... i do quite alot of cardio (6-8 hours per week). I have just recently started weight training.
Problem: How do i keep up my cardio rate, but also gain muscle at the same time?
Well, it is very hard to do both at the same time. I was looking for the same thing and talked to a trainer and this is what he told me to do (it worked for me). About 45 minutes "weight loss" cardio (about 70% of you max heart rate. Also lift heavy. I lost fat and replaced the pounds with muscle and lost some good inches.
