HOW MUCH IS TO MUCH. IVE FOUND THE BEST RESULTS FOR ME ARE ONE HOUR SEVEN DAYS. TRAINERS SAY ABOUT 30 MINS.3/4 PRE WEEK. SINCE IM NOT SO KEEN ON THE CARDIO OF ANY KIND ANYWAY. WONDERED THE SUCCESS OF OTHERS. I MIGHT HAVE ANSWERED MY OWN QUESTION. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT BUT WONDERED OTHERS WORKOUTS. thank ya'll. :)

I find 30-45 minutes.. 5 times per week it good. If it's not kicking in.. I'll add 30 minutes in the morning another 3 times per week or so.
