I'm glad I found this site. I am in mid 40's and diabetic. I have lost 120 lbs over the last 22 months. I have controlled the blood sugar levels through diet and exercise. Now that I'm hooked, I would like to tone up and increase my strength. I still need to keep the cardiovascular workouts (Minimum of 45 minutes per day at minimum 4 mph.) Your recommendations?
