I love eating carrots just like they are. For me they work absolutely great when I have sugar cravings!! lol I need to chew and I like the taste of carrots. I really don't like them unless they are raw....... You can grate some carrots with an apple, put some dried raisins and a little lemon and orange juice: yummy. I even tried mixing hard boilded egg whites or chicken slices with the carrots for the protein and it still got a great taste!
