Does anyone know what kind of carryover you get from deadlifting off a 4inch box. I pulled 455lbs off a 4 inch box 2 weeks ago and I am just curious?

guess it would depend on your old, 4in box max...

and you mean you were on top of a 4 inch platform, with the weight on the ground right? not the other way around???

I was standing on a 4 inch box and the weight was on the floor. And by carryover I mean doing a regular deadlift.

If you have a hard time getting the weight off the floor in a regular deadlift, then this will help you get over it, and it will have a good carryover. Howerver, if your sticking point is right before lockout, it wont carryover much.
