Should I do 2.5 grams pre with my BCAA's or just go the whole 5 in my PWO of Wms and BCAA's.

If taken 2.5 pre with BCAA's I won't be taken in carbs with it, I carb cycle and don't have room for added carbs pre workout on non carb days!

No thanks to the mono so please don't push it on me!

CEE worded great for me before and I only took it on days I lifted 3 to 4 days a week depending on regime.

So basically this time around could I get by with just going 5 grams in my PWO with the carbs!
