Does anyone know if CEE gets converted to Creatinine in water like Monohyrdate does? If so, does it happen as fast?

I am curious to see how long in advance I can mix my CEE powder in with my PWO shake.

Thanks in advance!

There are several issues that have come up in research recently with CEE that have to do with its rapid conversion to creatinine, especially in HCL acid (i.e., the stomach). CM is really still the only one that has enough research behind it; all of the other Creatine forms are still in their infancy, and, therefore, subject to much debate.
