Hi,
I just want to know please wich one is the best creatine to gain strengh and mass muscles.
I heard that Creatine-Pure Powder is better than the others, and prolab nutrition is one of those.
About Cell-tech from muscletech, it said that it`s a creatine transport on www.heavyweight.net but yesterday, i read that it was a great one.
So wich one should i start with to have good result?

And by the way, i'm on a good diet nutrition to lose some extra fat.
i said it because maybe it helps to give me a better choice.

use neither try SAN's v12 or Swole v2 cell tech has so much sugar its unbelievable if you are looking to stay lean sugar is your enemy

Mimosa, Prolab's creatine is great. It has the creapure stamp and is the most studied/researched creatine out there. As far as Cell-tech goes, listen to longballer on this one...WAY too much sugar. You might want to check on JDelts post regarding insulin spiking for a true "transport system." The SAN V12 is a tri-creatine which gives awesome pumps in the gym. It's a good alternative for creatine non-responders, but is more expensive with fewer servings than Prolab's creatine. Hope this helps.

thanks a lot guys...i choose prolab creatine pure 1000g.
I just want to know exactly how to take in the loading phase and in the maintenance.
Some says 1 tbsp 4 time a day for 5 day in the loading phase and then 1 tbsp once a day for 8 weeks
And others says 2tbsp 2 times a day for a week and then 2 tbsp once a day for 1 week ?
wich is better please because i want to have the best result of it but without bad effect or stuff like that.

first, you want a TEASPOON not tablespoon. also recently its been noted it it is not necessary. studies show that after a 28 day period, the results occured between the groups with the loading phase and the ones without the loading phase. so i would reccomend just one teaspoon (5g) a day, postworkout. OR you can do 5g preworkout and 5g post, a little after your protein shake for the effective insulin spike.
but if you choose to do a loading phase, i have heard good things about 4 teaspoons a day (totaling 20g) at 4 seperated times throughout the day.

but just after the loading phase, are u sure that 1 tea spoon is enough?
can i take 2 tea spoon and just one if i'm not working out?
