I am currently taking Cell Tech and am on my second 4.5 lb bottle. Its been working as i have noticed significant gains in my lifting and my muscles do not tire out after one exercise. the question i have is whether or not the heavy amount of sugar (75g i believe) is hurting me on my weight loss goal? I usually work out later in the night, between 6:30 PM - 8 PM and drink the Cell tech right after my workout. Anything you all know that I dont?

75 gr. of sugar is too much for most. I would not use Cell Tech especially if cutting.

i thought it was quite high, a freind told me that the sugar in cell tech help the muscles absorb the creatine? I'd stop using it but its the only source of creatine i can get down here in the stores

i'm in iraq, hard to get stuff shipped here. But i did read the lemonade mix post and plan on trying that whenever possible.
