Has anyone here heard or taken celltech? I heard its a good creatine supplement and it works 10x better than regular creatine. Also i'd like to know if celltech is a good product if theres a cheaper way to make your own, someone at the gym told me to use gatoraide mix/creatine and wahla celltech is this true? btw they said that the gatoraide was high in dextrose that helped fuel it.. One last thing if gatoraide is a bad choice for dextrose I remember seeing a non calorie sugar supplement called splenda and the #1 ingredient I saw was dextrose. Thanks in advance.

Cell tech works. I gained 10lbs of lean mass somewhere in the area of a month. I actually looked leaner, and my bench went from doing 135x2 or 3 to doing 135x10+. Its expensive as hell though. im going to get prolab creatine the next time i buy creatine as its not overly expensive and ive heard its pretty good too.
