I have been working out really well for the past 3 weeks. While I'm not noticing any big changes like clothes fitting differently or anything like that yet, I have notice that the cellulite on my legs, especially my calves is getting even more dimply. Like on my one leg, there is a HUGE and noticable dimple where before there wasn't.
Whats going on with my legs?? Is this the beginning stages of weight loss and my body changing?

Yes. Simply put fat just does not lay under the surface but gets all twisted inbetween muscle fibers and organs. You may see weird changes and such but keep at it!

Welcome to the wonders of the body. Adjustments will occur and the fat pockets are moving about us the cells are beginning to shrink. Please just stay covered at first, don't miss a workout and in about a month you will be amazed. Remember, the triangle to a fit, healthy body is resistance training, cardio and smart eating.
See you in the gym
