Thanks to all who put this together. I've just completed my first 8 week program and feel great. My question is when I renewed for anohter 8 weeks the initial dates for my four day a week workout were (m)train (t)off (w) train (th)off (f)train (sa) train (sun)off. Since logging in again it seems to have changed to a mon/tues train, thurs Friday train. Is there a way to manually change the dates? Does this effect performance? Thanks, Fitz
You can't go in manually to change the dates, but you can change them yourself. If you liked the days you were working out, continue to do those days. It will not effect you one way or another.
