So I redid my fitness plan so I can start next Monday. I want to follow it to a T, but It has me working on days I can't do. I have my MMA class on one of the days and there is no way I can do both. Is there a way to change this?
I have searched but nothing really came up.

Welcome defunk,
Just do the work outs on the days that fit into your schedule and record accordingly. I do my Monday workout on Tuesday and my Thursday workout on Friday. Just make sure you give yourself appropriate rest time between workouts.
With the free workouts this is the only way to do it. :)
