I've just finished my second full week. The muscles I work are good and sore the next day - I love that. My question is. My arms are looking bigger and I think maybe my chest is too. Is it my imagination? Is two weeks too soon to see a difference?
It's too early to see any real (long lasting) results but your body feels already the changings and your muscles are more full now than before (better hydration, blood and oxygen!)
That keeps one motivated, huh?!!
