Absolutely Calebfl. When during the week doesn't matter. Just work hard at each session, give your muscles adequate time to recover, and be dedicated to a well balanced diet containing lots of protein.
This site has a tremendous knowledge database. I suggest checking that out. Diet is very very important to growing and sustaining muscle and definition. You'll find plenty on this site. Also, folks like bb1fit, Dang, Philia, etc., will offer some great advice since they compete on the fitness circuit. DP
