Check out the grocery list for healthy eating in the diet and nutrition forum-it's thumbtacked. Some great sources of protien are low fat cheeses, lean beef, chicken breast, eggs, tuna, pork tenderloin, low fat milk, seafood, fish, low fat cottage cheese and yogurt. Nuts are great too, just keep an eye on the fat content. If you need to, you can suppliment with a protien shake, especially after a hard wt training session. Good luck and welcome to FT.
