Hello, I am new and have a question regarding changing an exercise on my "personal fitness Program". Basically I want to know how I change from the recommened to another...Also, how female friendly are these programs...all the pictures show men doing the exercise, are they the same for men and women? Some call for a barbell and I cant do the exercise because the barbell is too heavy for me to begin...weights 45lbs? ie, 21's I would need to start at about 20 lbs. I did it using two 10lb. free weights. Any comments would be appreciated

I believe you can change your exercise from the recommended if you have FT Pro; and regarding the exercise, yes, they are female friendly, just begin with a weight u feel comfortable with and record it in the workout journal
