Hey all, I have been wanting to get healthy for some time. Healthy as in "lifestyle". I have recently quit smoking and am attempting to eat healthy foods instead of not eating at all. I have about 10 to 15lbs to lose to reach my goal:cool:. I am hoping to get some inspiration and encouragement to keep on track with this:dumbbell:.
Destiny - welcome to the forum. If you've browse around a bit, you'll see hundreds if not thousands of posts thst say similar goals. The majority of those kind of fade away after a short time kind of like all the new faces at the gym in January that have gone away by February. :) Give it a little effort and stick with it for awhile and it easily becomes a good addiction. And you're right, it is a lifestyle.
