This is not really an injury but everytime i stretch or do certain exercises i get charlie horses really bad. mostly my lower half from my hips down to my toes. what causes this and how can i stop them? gets frustrating when im in the middle of a exercise and have to stop cause of the cramps.
:)is it normal to also get charlie horses in your sides, stomach, back???
