Hello there fellows .. when entering the wt used in an exercise that envolves one arm at a time .. Do I enter the wt used per arm, or the sum of both arms? thanks in advance :)
Doesn't really matter as long as you are consistent. Most people only do the wieght per arm, as in if I am doing DB presses with 100lbs per arm, I would write 100lbs, not 200.
