Cheat Day

I've been pretty good on my diet and exercise routines. I'm just confused about my cheat day. I know I need one, and it should be over the course of 5 hours, but I'm not sure what consists of cheating.
Can I drink alcohol as a cheat?
Is it just wheat bread and fruit that I'm cheating with?
I'm really not sure. Can someone clarify?

To me, this is another one of those things you can make too hard. I look at food, drink and pretty much everything else as items that fit into that "all things in moderation". I take in pretty much what I want but never to extreme.

Yes i agree with Mike their, you should be able to indulge in whatever you've been craving. When it comes to the day when you have to get back to your daily diet try to look at it as a new year resolution or something, that kind of thought where your planning on making your body look better than ever. Believe me that helps you have 10 times more motivation.
