i have got multi vitamins(MEga Men) and creatine......how should i use them. i mean whichtime of the day? i execise at 7:00 pm in the evening.
should i use them on the rest(which i dont exercise) days?
are these suplements correct for use...i also eat very healthy diet..thats y i havent used any protines.i drink lots of milk..thats anohter reason of not using protiens.
vitamins should be used on a daily basis regardless of anything. Normally with your breakfast is good..the first meal of the day. Most vitamins are best utilized with food.
Creatine if you only want to use it once per day it is best post workout. Take it on your days off too, 5 gr. early is most probably best.
You should use some whey isolate or at least concentrate immediately post workout no matter what you "eat". This is due to the rapid absorbtion capabilities of whey, when your muscles need to fed right away as you are in a catabolic state.
