If you are taking gear, (no judgement here implied) Might want to read up on the lives of Flex Wheeler, Don Long, tom Prince, just to name a few. ALl three are now either in kidney failure or in need of a transplant. In the latest issue of FLEX Tom Prince tells that his life expectancy went from 80's to 65 cause of his use of drugs....This is just three guys...but do a lot of reasearch on the long lasting effects...you may not have any for years then wake up at 33 and be dying..Tom, Flex and Don all almost died many times.....Just a thought.

Supplements are all well and good, but they are a very minute part of the picture, especially at this point. (maintaining lean mass while dropping to low bodyfats). How is your diet? Nutrition is what will get you the gains you are after, not a ton of supplements. If you have your diet in hand, then more power to you. If you have competed before, you must well know the importance of this.

=============right now my stats are: measured arms today 19 1/4 238lbs but I still got some fat on me so Im not too concerned about that for now at least until i start dieting 12 weeks out. My diet is good about 4,300 calories per day close to 300 grams of protein per day keeping sugar intake low, also using complex carbs low on the glycemic index. My problem is that my body is so predisposed to storing body fat because of my previous weight in high school 10 years ago 308lbs and it was all fat!!( see www.khtraining.8m.com for contest pics and before pics) When i compete this fall I hope to fall into light heavies at 215lbs ripped, I feel like im close to my natural potential but always can improve ya know. I will say this, supplements today vs when I competed in 99 are worlds apart I mean worlds apart especially when it comes to the methyl 1 tests and 4AD and creatines available today. Its so hard to compete in the NPC and be competitive without using gear but Im gonna try even though im not the most genectically gifted person.
