I think I have come up with the perfect workout plan, please tell me I am right or what I should change!
I usually can eat better knowing that I am working out the right way!

Monday: Legs, calves, shoulders
Tuesday: 20 mins H.I.I.T, 1 hr pilates
Wednesday: Back, Triceps, light Abs
Thursday: 45 mins endurance cardio, intense ab workout
Friday: Chest, Biceps, Legs, Calves
Saturday: 20 mins H.I.I.T, 1 hr Pilates
Sunday: Rest

I warm up with 5 mins cardio before my weight days.
My goal is to lose body fat and gain lean muscle, am I doing enough cardio?
My BF who lifts thinks I should be doing it more....
If I need to do it more, what day would you reccomend? I workout at night about 5:30pm, no time in the AM.
I work my legs twice a week because they are my main concern, I know you can't spot reduce but my bottom half needs alot more work then the top half....
I take 1 scoop whey protein w/water about 15 mins after my workout on weight days. Should I take one with milk before bed too? What about on cardio days, should I take one then too, before bed too?
I try to limit my fruits for before noon only.
I drink over a gallon of water a day.
The only carbs I eat other than fruit and veggies is brown rice, baked potato(rarely)whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta. I try to only eat these before my PM workout. None after.
How long should I wait between my shake and eating dinner, does it matter?
Dinner consists of protein and a veggie.(around 7-8pm)
This is where I am wondering about the shake before bed, otherwise I won't eat anything other than a thing of SF jello.

Sorry this is so long and if you have read this far I really appreciate it! :)
