Hi, I have been all around this place and I have to say my favorite is everyone personal quotes. I have started to write them down for inspiration. I don't think the nutritional tracker is worth it. It is too time consuming and when I'm attempting to fill it in, I end up stopping and going for a walk instead.
Everyone is really nice here. I love the sense of humor. Soon, my fat ass picture will be gone and replaced with a thinner one. That was part of my plan, see. Shame myself to stick to it. I didn't show my face on purpose and since I read the post about some men being asses, I am glad I didn't. Thanks Everyone!

We are glad to have you aboard. I joined last week and I am glad I did. My workout routine starts today. I am leaving in about a half an hour to the gym so it should be fun. I wish you all the success and never give up you control your own destiny...

Good to have you on FT! I posted my pic, too, in order to have to have it staring me in the face everytime I posted with hopes it would keep me going - thus far it has!! I also take pics every two weeks so I can see my progress and that has helped keep me motivated as I wasn't "seeing" it otherwise and the pics help me to compare and I can definately see it there.

Well, good luck with your goals, you sound ready and rarin' to go!!:dumbbell:
