Hi all,
I'm new at weight loss and workin out. I'm 47, and lost 40+ on Prism weight loss program. I'm currently 214# on mty way to 180#. I need to incorperate excercise into my weight loss journey. I have been walking 2-3x's a week = to about 2 mi per time. I don't belong to a gym but am curious about joining one. I live in the Portland, Or metroplex. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Welcome and congratulations on your weight loss. You are well on your way to your goal. You should seriously consider adding resistance training to your exercise regimen. This type of training will ensure better overall health and continued weight loss over the long term. Good Luck.
