How does cheese rate on the diets for losing weight? gaining muscle? Cottage cheese, cheddar, colby, etc.??? I just love cheese but I want to know if it is ok to eat for my girlfriend and I.
Cottage cheese is right up there as #1, due to the high protein content and of course the low fat. Other cheeses are ok on occasion unless again, you get the low fat.
But whats a good brunch without REAL cheese? Eh!
