r u doing the flys right? yea sompeople do a crap load of weight but they don't do it right.......1st off try lighting the weight and do more reps.....next what i do for innner chest is i put my feet on the bench with me too( i'm only 6'1" so i can do this lol) and when i start the neg of the fly i expand my chest as much as possible and i kep my arms slighly bent throughout..... as i come up i imagin "pulling" with my inner chest as though i'm squeezing a pencile with my pecs, as i come up i also pretet i huging a tree, at the top i keep my arms bent but i never touch the weights together( don't clang them) keep them 1in or so apart and squeez that pencil.......do the same with incline flys, cable cross overs, and pec decks

Listen to Bigandrew, he hit the nail on the head. The strict form flies are the way to go, especially "hugging the tree". Incline PENCH press is good but not as effective as working the center of your chest.
