hi
im having trouble with my chest and pec's i have tryed lots of diffrent routiens but non of them seem to work i dont have acess to the gym much i have free weights at home. has anybody got anything that might help me.:dumbbell:

Persistance. We all have to practice it, ass busting work, good diet, more ass busting work, more good diet, rest, well you get the picture. Muscle takes time to build, you have to keep at. If it happened that quickly, everyone would look like Arnold and noone would quit.

Welcome to our boards...if you post this in one of the exercise forums, you will get many helpful ideas. But the above is the bottom line when all is said and done, there is no magic workout. :big_smile:
